Warmly celebrate the establishment of Guangdong braze welding new material (Yik Shing Tat) engineering technology research center!
On December 19, 2018, with the approval of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the “Guangdong Province Brazing New Material (YST) Engineering Technology Research Center” was established. On January 18, 2019, the Research Center was formally established. The center is a provincial-level brazing new material research center. The establishment of the research center highlights the important position of YST?in the field of brazing new materials.
YST?R & D Center was established in 2001,is a high-quality professional?R & D team composed of doctor, master and Bachelor.YST?R & D Center specializes in the R & D of electronic joining?materials and chemical polymer materials, covering adhesives, solder paste, metal alloy solder, environmentally friendly soldering flux, cleaner, nano metal paste?brazing technology and so on. At present, the YST?R & D Center is equipped with 46 sets of advanced instruments and equipment, 15 research projects have been carried out in the last three years, and more than 400 million?yuan has been invested in research and development. In recent years, we have successively developed new products such as water-based polyurethane coating, high flash point polyurethane conformal coatings, thick layer coating material,UV-dark curing coating, low silver lead-free solder bar, environment-friendly halogen-free lead solder paste, environment-friendly electronic flux and cleaning agent. At the same time, YST?and the Harbin Institute of Technology have also developed fruitful cooperation, such as "micro-alloying to improve the performance of low-silver lead-free solder" research.
After many years of accumulation, YST?R & D Center has obtained 38 national invention patents, published more than 50 papers in international famous journals (more than 20 of which are included in SCI),and participated in?the?drafting of 6 Chinese national standards and 1 industry standard. In recent years, the scientific research strength of YST?R & D Center has been continuously recognized by the government, and has participated in two research and development projects at the provincial and ministerial levels (one of which has won the second prize for scientific and technological progress in Guangdong Province). The approval of Guangdong Science and Technology Department for the establishment of Guangdong brazing New Materials Research Center is an important example.
